Memorable Show Moment: During our first set break, there was an explosion and sparks rained down from an electric transfomer onto some of our fans. Being that the show was at a church, there were plenty of candles (we put out about 50) so the place looked really cool. We were about to start playing an "unplugged and unpowered" second set when the power went back on...just in time.

Memorable Show Moment: Great show...tons of friends and fans. Big thanks to The Queen Bee for the great article on the show. The dance floor was so packed with beautiful women that one drunk guy who had a tough time keeping his balance while dancing did a face plant right into Charlies mic stand and guitar sending gear flying everywhere.

Memorable Show Moment: We were all pretty excited to play this Old Town landmark. We ended up setting up in between the 5:30 and 7:30 movies (The Hangover and Public Enemies for those keeping track). We had 30 minutes to set up all of our gear in a space that was between the back brick wall and the movie screen...it was 5 feet deep and 50 feet wide. By the time we got it set up it looked like someone bulldozed our gear into a giant long pile. We ended up getting going by 10PM and by the set break, some of the people that had hung around after the last movie were so tanked ("The Theater" serves beer and wine) that they could not walk. Made the setbreak REALLY interesting.

Memorable Show Moment: Right around the time we started playing Roadhouse Blues the sky went from blue to black and the wind began to really kick. We played one more tune and then transitioned to Pink Cadillac...about 1/2 way through the tune, it dumped. We scrambled to move what we could but Charlie pouring water from his guitar effects pedal like it was a pitcher of beer spoke for itself.

Memorable Show Moment: Getting to see so many great bands play the Birchmere had us all really psyched to play this show. Watching people dance to music that we wrote in such a legendary hall and getting treated by our sound and light engineers just as they would treat any professional musician was pretty amazing.

Memorable Show Moment: This was our first show played as Black Moon Tonic and the first of many that we have played outside. After a long strech between our first and second show, we were geared up to play in public. This turned out to be an amazing show and many of the residents from the building next door came out to enjoy on their penthouse patios.
